Located in the heart of Dornoch, Carnegie Cottage is a traditional sandstone dwelling that has been renovated to the highest of standards. Whether you are looking for a quiet, cosy getaway or a holiday packed with things to see and do, Carnegie Cottage is ideally situated for both.

A popular stop on the NC500 route, Dornoch is a quaint village in the Highlands of Scotland with an array of boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. Visitors can wander aimlessly with sights such as the 13th Century Cathedral, the expansive sandy beach, and the world famous championship Royal Dornoch Golf Club - all within walking distance of our front door.

The cottage sleeps up to 6 people and comprises of 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite), a living room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs shower room and downstairs WC. There is a large back garden and free on street parking is available to the front of the property.

AVAILABILITY & BOOKING
Please check our Availability Calendar and contact us if you would like to reserve the property.

Payment - We accept payment via bank transfer to a UK business bank account or via card payment using Stripe. Details will be sent by email following your enquiry and intention to book.

Deposits - A deposit of 20% total booking fee is due to secure your booking. The cottage will not be reserved until the initial deposit is received.

Final Payment - The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before the rental start date. Bookings made less than 8 weeks in advance will require full payment once confirmed.

Refunds - A full refund will be provided if at least 8 weeks notice is provided.

COTTAGE LOCATION
Travelling North on the A9, take the turn off to Dornoch following Evelix Road for approximately 3 miles. Continue through the village with the Cathedral on your left and Castle Hotel on your right until you come to the final junction at 'The Square'. Turn right at the junction signposted for the beach and you'll see the cottage on your right hand side, directly opposite the church.
